Please support the Arthritis Society and our team (Claire Bear Unicorns!)
We are walking because there is no cure for arthritis. As you may know, Claire was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis when she was 18 months old. Since then she has made many trip to the children’s hospital.
Claire is one of more than 6 million Canadians affected by arthritis. She manages it through medication and has been living a normal life enjoying all the things kids should. This year she is also attending an Arthritis camp for kids. Claire let us know that she would like to attend this to talk with other kids that understand what it is like to live with Arthritis. I suspect all the activities they have planned helps too!
As the prevalence of arthritis increases, so does the demand for investment into research and support that will deliver better health for those affected by arthritis.
This year the Walk for Arthritis is celebrating its 10th year - help make this the best year ever by making a donation to support the fight against arthritis.
