Come join us on Saturday June 1 or Sunday June 2 (depending on where you live). Once you have decided you want to join the arthritis community across Canada to show your support you can do that in a variety of ways: walk and fundraise, donate to a participant, or volunteer! There are more than 6 million Canadians who will benefit in small and large ways from each step you take.

The Arthritis Society is the largest charitable funder of arthritis research and a leading voice for the arthritis community in Canada. We cannot achieve our mission without the generous support of donors and volunteers. Arthritis is already Canada’s leading chronic health condition, affecting more people than cancer, heart disease, stroke and diabetes - combined! Sadly, there will be significantly more people diagnosed in the next twenty years, which only increases the need for funding to support the arthritis community and to find them relief. Your efforts to fundraise make a considerable difference. As we celebrate our 10th Walk for Arthritis, please help us make it the best year ever by registering and starting your fundraising today!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 10th annual Walk for Arthritis, on either Saturday June 1st or Sunday June 2nd.

Volunteers such as you are an integral part of our Walk for Arthritis team. Your involvement makes a real difference and directly impacts the overall success of the event, which affects our ability to deliver programs and services which benefit 6 million Canadians living with arthritis.

We offer a wide variety of exciting volunteer opportunities for you to choose from. Browse below for a list of volunteer opportunities that may be available at your local Walk for Arthritis.

Passionate ambassadors also have the opportunity to get their ‘Community in Motion’ by hosting their own Walk. For more information contact or call 1-855-825-WALK (9255).
